This detached holiday villa of approximately 100 m2 has a lovely garden with an extra large covered terrace, a comfortable lounge set, and BBQ furniture. The terrace has two side walls as standard, which are equipped with an open window.

The villa itself has a spacious and bright living room with a sitting and dining area, and a television with Chromecast. The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, a 4-burner induction plate, a filter coffee maker & a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a combi oven with a microwave.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature two single box spring beds. The luxurious bathroom has a sink, a walk-in shower, and a sauna. There is a safety gate for children atop the stairs and a separate toilet on both the ground floor and the first floor. The indoor storage room has a washer-dryer combination.

Outside, you can enjoy an extra large covered terrace with, among other things, a comfortable lounge set and BBQ furniture. There is space for two cars in the parking lot next to the villa and guests have access to free WiFi throughout the accommodation.
Additional amenities can be booked by making a note in the reservation. For example, you may even consider a second terrace with sun beds.

Every villa is equipped with one high chair and one baby bed, excluding linen. If an extra high chair or baby bed is required, this should be reserved in advance. This is based on availability and excluding linen.

All the beds in the accommodation are already made. 1 set of bath towels (1 large, 1 small) is included per bed. In the kitchen, you can find a set of kitchen towels, and in the bathroom, there is a bathmat. Should you require additional linen or towels, you can indicate this in your reservation and add it to the booking.

The layout and style of the interior may differ from villa to villa.

Parc Maasresidence Thorn is a park in development. The park is currently undergoing the final phase of construction. We cannot completely rule out the possibility that, despite all our efforts to avoid this, there will be slight noise pollution from construction traffic and building activities from Mondays to Fridays.
For the most part, our guests will not notice this.
