This detached holiday villa of approximately 140 m2 is uniquely located on the peninsula, one of the most beautiful spots of Parc Maasresidence Thorn.

The villa itself has a spacious and bright living room overlooking the water. The room has a sitting and dining area and a television with Chromecast. The luxurious open kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, a 4-burner induction plate, a filter coffee maker & a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a combi oven with a microwave.

There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The indoor storage room has a washer-dryer combination.

The villa has three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. The bedroom on the ground floor features two single box spring beds, plus a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a panorama sauna, whirlpool, sink and a walk-in shower. The first floor has two bedrooms with two single box springs each and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

Outside, you will find a covered terrace with garden furniture and sunbeds overlooking the water. There is space for two or three cars in the parking lot next to the villa and there is free WiFi throughout the accommodation.

Every villa is equipped with one high chair and one baby bed, excluding linen. If an extra high chair or baby bed is required, this should be reserved in advance. This is based on availability and excluding linen.

All the beds in the accommodation are already made. 1 set of bath towels (1 large, 1 small) is included per bed. In the kitchen, you can find a set of kitchen towels, and in the bathroom, there is a bathmat. Should you require additional linen or towels, you can indicate this in your reservation and add it to the booking.

The layout and style of the interior may differ from villa to villa.

Parc Maasresidence Thorn is a park in development. The park is currently undergoing the final phase of construction. We cannot completely rule out the possibility that, despite all our efforts to avoid this, there will be slight noise pollution from construction traffic and building activities from Mondays to Fridays.
For the most part, our guests will not notice this.
