Premium Water - 12 Persons

This detached holiday villa of approximately 205 m2, has a backyard that borders the water, just like every other 'Premium Water' villa.

The villa itself has a spacious and bright living room with a sitting and dining area and a television with Chromecast. The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, a 5-burner induction plate, a filter coffee maker & a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a dishwasher, a combi oven with a microwave, and an extra oven.

The villa has six bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor with a shared bathroom, which has a sink and a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms on the ground floor feature two single box spring beds.

Four bedrooms are located on the first floor, each featuring two single box spring beds. There are also two luxurious bathrooms on the first floor, one with a sink and a bathtub, and another with a sink, a walk-in shower, and a sauna. There is a safety gate for children atop the stairs.
The ground floor has a separate toilet and there are two more separate toilets on the first floor. The indoor storage room has a washer-dryer combination.

Outside, you will find a covered terrace with garden furniture overlooking the water. There is space for three cars in the parking lot next to the villa and there is free WiFi throughout the accommodation.

Additional amenities can be booked by making a note in the reservation. For example, you may even consider outdoor storage or a private jetty.

Every villa is equipped with one high chair and one baby bed, excluding linen. If an extra high chair or baby bed is required, this should be reserved in advance. This is based on availability and excluding linen.

All the beds in the accommodation are already made. 1 set of bath towels (1 large, 1 small) is included per bed. In the kitchen, you can find a set of kitchen towels, and in the bathroom, there is a bathmat. Should you require additional linen or towels, you can indicate this in your reservation and add it to the booking.

The layout and style of the interior may differ from villa to villa.

Parc Maasresidence Thorn is a park in development. The park is currently undergoing the final phase of construction. We cannot completely rule out the possibility that, despite all our efforts to avoid this, there will be slight noise pollution from construction traffic and building activities from Mondays to Fridays.
For the most part, our guests will not notice this.
