This delightful 90 m2 maisonette is accessible by stairs or elevator via the central entrance and offers you a magnificent view of the marina and the waters below

The maisonette has a cozy dining and sitting area, a television with Chromecast and sliding doors leading to the spacious balcony (approximately 14 m2). The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer, a 4-burner induction plate, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a combi oven with a microwave. In addition, there is a washer-dryer combination available.
The Maisonnette has two bedrooms with two single box spring beds each. One bedroom is on a higher floor and is accessible by the stairs in the living room. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a sink, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Here, there is also a lovely loggia (approximately 10 m2). The other bedroom has a laptop safe and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, a walk-in shower, and a toilet.

The accommodation comes with one parking space on the parking lot behind the four-story apartment building. For an extra cost, you can choose to have daily housekeeping and breakfast service. These services can be booked on the website or at the park reception.

A high chair or baby bed excluding the linen can be reserved in advance, depending on availability.

All the beds in the accommodation are already made and 1 set of bath towels (1 large and 1 small towel) are included per bed. In the kitchen, a kitchen towel set is at your disposal. A bathmat lies ready in the bathroom.
