Kids Special - 12 Persons

This detached, child-friendly holiday villa of approximately 205 m2 features a specially furnished children’s bedroom and a fenced backyard that borders a large, enclosed playground.

The villa has a bright, spacious living room with a sitting and dining area, including a television and a wonderful play area for the children. The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, a 5-burner induction plate, a filter coffee maker & a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, a dishwasher, a combi oven with a microwave, and an extra oven.

The villa has six bedrooms, of which two are situated on the ground floor with a shared bathroom that includes a sink and walk-in shower. One of the ground-floor bedrooms has a double spring box bed, whilst the other has two single spring box beds.

There are four bedrooms on the first floor. Here, two of the bedrooms have a double box spring bed each. The other two bedrooms, including the furnished children’s bedroom with special kids' beds, each have two single box spring beds. This floor also boasts two bathrooms, one of which has a sink and walk-in shower, while the other one has a sink and a bath.
There is a separate toilet on both the ground floor and the first floor. A safety gate is installed on both the top and the bottom of the stairs.

Outside, you will find a covered terrace area with garden furniture. There is space for three cars in the parking lot next to the house and there is free WiFi all around the holiday villa. You can opt for additional amenities when booking this villa. You could consider an outside heater for the terrace, for example.

Every villa is equipped with one high chair and one baby bed, excluding linen. If an extra high chair or baby bed is required, this should be reserved in advance. This is, however, based on availability.

Bed linen is standard provided. 1 set of bath towels (1 large, 1 small) is included per bed. In the kitchen, you can find a set of kitchen towels, and in the bathroom, there is a bathmat. Should you require additional linen or towels, you can indicate this in your reservation and add it to the booking.

The layout and style of the interior may differ per villa.

Parc Maasresidence Thorn is a park in development. The park is currently undergoing the final phase of construction. We cannot completely rule out the possibility that, despite all our efforts to avoid this, there will be slight noise pollution from construction traffic and building activities from Mondays to Fridays.
For the most part, our guests will not notice this.
