Our Premium Game & Grill villas come fully loaded with a gaming and TV package featuring a massive 75-inch television and a high-quality audio system. You'll also find a Nintendo Switch console, an electronic dartboard, and a 2-player Donkey Kong arcade machine packed with 3000 classic games.

Indoors, enjoy a wide array of family and children's games such as Jenga, 30 Seconds, Hitster Summer Party, Monopoly Junior, Halli Galli and Sjoelbak including discs. Step outside for even more fun with bocce ball, a badminton set, football accessories, Kubb, cones, jump ropes, cornhole, and more!

The living spaces are designed for ultimate enjoyment, including a special panel and cabinet for the soundbar and TV, and atmospheric "Game On" neon lights that set the perfect mood.

You'll also love the large enclosed garden area, a spacious covered terrace, and a bright, expansive living room. And for your convenience, there's a luxury kitchen complete with a dishwasher and coffee machine.

Two Kamado Joe BBQs are available on the villa's terrace, further enhancing the laid-back holiday experience for guests.

This detached holiday villa of approximately 255 m2 has a spacious, bright living room plus a sitting and dining area.

The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators with a freezer, two 4-burner induction plates, two filter coffee machines & a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, two dishwashers, a combi-oven with microwave, and an additional oven.

The accommodation has a total of eight bedrooms, of which two reside on the ground floor. They both have two single box springs and share a bathroom with a sink and walk-in shower.

On the first floor, there are six bedrooms with two single box springs each, of which two boast an en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, the first floor includes two luxurious bathrooms, of which one with a sink, a walk-in shower, and a sauna. The other has a sink and a bath. Atop the stairs, there is a safety gate for children.

There is one separate toilet on the ground floor and two more on the first floor. The storage room has a washer-dryer combo.

Outside, you will find a covered terrace area with garden furniture. There is space for four cars in the parking lot next to the villa and there is free WiFi all around the villa. You can opt for additional amenities when booking this villa. You could consider an outside heater for the terrace, for example.

Every villa is equipped with one high chair and one baby bed, excluding linen. If an extra high chair or baby bed is required, this should be reserved in advance. This is, however, based on availability.

Bed linen is standard provided. 1 set of bath towels (1 large, 1 small) is included per bed. In the kitchen, you can find a set of kitchen towels, and in the bathroom, there is a bathmat. Should you require additional linen or towels, you can indicate this in your reservation and add it to the booking.

Parc Maasresidence Thorn is a park in development. The park is currently undergoing the final phase of construction. We cannot completely rule out the possibility that, despite all our efforts to avoid this, there will be slight noise pollution from construction traffic and building activities from Mondays to Fridays.
For the most part, our guests will not notice this.
